All projects, subscriptions, and service engagements with Radiant Reach are governed by a written proposal, invoice, or contract outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. This policy applies to all clients once payment has been made.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel services at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
For fixed-term or project-based services, cancellations are permitted before project initiation. Once the project begins, cancellation will not result in a full refund (see Section 3).
3. Refund Policy
Because our services involve custom marketing strategies, creative development, and automation setup tailored to each business, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
However, we may consider partial refunds under the following circumstances:
A duplicate payment was made in error.
The service has not yet been initiated, and the refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
Exceptional circumstances, reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis by Radiant Reach management.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable once delivered or initiated:
Paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
AI automation builds or CRM setups
Custom creative assets, funnels, or ad copies
Consultation and strategy sessions
Subscription-based or recurring monthly retainers
5. Project Delays or Termination
If a project is delayed due to the client’s lack of communication, missing assets, or incomplete onboarding information, Radiant Reach reserves the right to pause or terminate the project without refund after reasonable follow-up attempts.
6. Service Guarantee
While we aim to deliver measurable results, marketing performance can vary based on market conditions, audience behavior, and external factors. Therefore, Radiant Reach does not guarantee specific sales, leads, or ROI outcomes.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
