Payments for Services are due as outlined in your signed proposal, invoice, or contract.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur a service interruption or additional fees.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior written notice.
 
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, software, and materials created or provided by Radiant Reach — including AI automations, ad creatives, scripts, and marketing systems — remain the intellectual property of Radiant Reach unless transferred via a written agreement.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written permission.

 
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information needed for campaign performance.
Maintaining access to accounts (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRMs) as required.
Complying with all advertising policies and applicable regulations.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Reach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for Services within the past three (3) months.

 
8. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to deliver high-performing campaigns, marketing results depend on various external factors (market conditions, ad platforms, audience behavior, etc.). Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific results or ROI.

 
9. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data shared with us, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

 
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, you agree to pay for all Services rendered and any outstanding balances.

 
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, or CRM providers). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or data issues caused by these third parties.
